Knowledge, Dedication and Discipline are the key elements to success, and
should be exercised both in and outside of the gym. Most people exhibit these
elements in some, but not all contexts in their life.

My purpose as a trainer is neither to be a drill sergeant nor to create client
dependence on me for their success. I am here to guide others through the
learning process; to educate others on the science behind nutrition and
fitness, and how they work together for optimal living.

The phrase, "Train for Life" is exactly what fitness should be about–training
to carry out one’s individual life's demands and goals while satisfying a
positive self-image and overall health.
